材料:
糯米2杯

水(此平常煮飯小小許)

臘腸2條,切粒
冬菇浸軟,切粒
蝦米略浸

調味料:
生抽,老抽,蠔油和糖各適量.

臘腸.冬菇,蝦米用小許油炒香.落調味料備用

飯好時加入己炒香之料,拌勻,在飯煲內保温約10至15
分鐘.
