Ingredients :
1 Half salmon fillet, cut into 1and 1/2 inch slice
2oz soft butter
3 gloves garlic, minced
6to8 sticks of asparagus
Salt and pepper
Methods :
Mix the soft butter and garlic, season with salt and pepper.
Take a piece of foil large enough to loosely wrap the salmon.
Put the asparagus on the foil then put the salmon on top.
Spread the garlic butter on top, wrap the foil loosely.
Bake in a preheated 200c oven for 15 minutes.
