電飯煲蒸水蛋

蛋和水比例,
1隻蛋一1.5水(半個蛋殼3次)

蛋4隻
水(12個半個蛋殼 )
打蛋時加油和鹽小許
用保鮮纸蓋碟面
等飯煲滾後放下蒸約14分鐘
淋上豉油.灑下葱粒。
