Ginger & Spring Onion with Beef - 姜荵牛肉

Ingredients:
(for 2 people)
Ginger a few slices
Spring Onion a few (cut each into an inch long)
Beef Rump Steak 400-500g (cut into thin slices)
- for easy thin cutting, half froze the meat first.
Garlic chopped (about 1 tsp)
White wine 1 Tsp
(Marinate):
Soy sauce 2-3 TBS
Salt a pinch (don't need a lot)
Black Peppercorn Pepper a pinch
Preparation:
1. Cut beef into thin slices first, then marinate the beef with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
2. Chop up garlic, ginger, and spring onion.
Cooking:
1. Heat frying pan with 2 TBS cooking oil until hot, put in the garlic.
2. When you smell the garlic is being cooking, add the marinated beef.
3. While beef is nearly half cooking, add the ginger and 1tsp white wine.
4. When beef is nearly fully cooked, add in the spring onion, and cook for 1-2 more minutes.
You can add more pepper and salt to taste.
DONE.
