材料:
馬豆2安士
粟粉4安士
鮮奶1杯
椰汁11/2杯
水3杯
沙糖10安士
做法:
馬豆洗淨放鍋中加水用猛火煮沸,改用中小火煮至豆軟,用凍水沖洗乾淨,隔乾水份待用。
粟粉,鮮奶,椰汁和勻待用。
水3杯加糖煮沸加入馬豆同煮至糖溶,收慢火將粟粉混合料搞勻,慢慢倒入糖水中,邊倒邊搞要不停慢慢搞拌,因很易黏底,搞至再滾起己成糕。
離火攤凍倒入模內,雪凍便可。
Ingredients :
Splits peas 2 oz.
Cornflour 4 oz.
Fresh milk 1 cup.
Coconut milk 1 1/2 cups
Water 3 cups.
Sugar 10 oz.
Methods :
Wash and boil split peas with water, when boiled lower heat to simmer till peas are soft enough, rinse and drain.
Mix cornflour with milk and coconut milk, leave a aside.
Bring 3 cups of water to boil, add in sugar and drained split peas, simmer till sugar dissolves.
Gradually stir in cornflour solution, stir until boiled and thicken.
Pour into jelly mould and leave to cool.
Put in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
