Roast Chicken with mix Herbs & Curry Powder

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken

Marinate:
1 tsp mix herbs
2 tsp curry powder
Brandy / sherry wine
2 tbsp salt

Cooking:
Pour brandy or sherry to make a paste with mix herbs , curry powder & salt.
Cut chicken from chest but not in half, so the chicken can lay flat, rub the paste all over the chicken, marinate for about 1 hour.
Roast in a hot oven,bone first until golden brown ( about 35 minutes)
then turn over, roast the skin until golden brown about 10 minutes.
