Ingredients:
10/12 Chicken Wings
20g Butter
Garlic powder
Marinade:
1tbsp Shaoxing wine /white wine
Salt, Sugar, pepper and a little light soy sauce.
Cooking:
Marinade the chicken wing for about 30 minutes.
Deep fry over medium heat till golden brown, drain well and set aside.
Heat up frying pan,stir-fry butter until melt put in garlic powder, return chicken wings to pan stir-fry briefly, transfer to plate and ready to serve.
