Sticky Coconut pudding - 椰汁糯米糕

Ingredients:
21 oz Coconut milk ( 椰汁 )
21 oz Glutinous flour ( 糯米粉 )
21 oz Sugar ( 糖 )
10 Eggs ( 雞蛋 )

Cooking:
Pre-heat oven to 160 degree.
Egg, Sugar mix well add coconut milk. Sift in glutinous flour. Mix well pour in pie dish. ( can make about 6 )
Bake about 1hr.
