Sonhos (Macanese) - 蛋球

Ingredients:

4 oz plain flour
1 cup water
2 oz butter
4 eggs
sugar ( for topping )
Oil ( for deep fry )

Cooking:

Together boil water & butter till butter melt and water boiled.
lower heat, slowly pours in flour and whisk at the same time, mix well, take away from heat.
Add in eggs, one at a time. Mix well before putting in second egg.
Heat oil over low heat. Drop in dough using a spoon. Deep fry until golden and double in size.
Take out and place on kitchen paper, sprinkle sugar on top while still hot.
