Spare Ribs with Red Bean Curd - 生烘小排骨

Ingredients:

1 lb Spare Ribs
2 cloves of garlic ( slice )
2 tbsp red bean curd juice ( 南乳汁 )
1 cup chicken stock ( 雞高湯 )
1 tbsp dark soy sauce ( 老抽 )
2 tbsp light soy sauce ( 生抽 )
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Chinese wine ( 玫瑰露酒 )


Cooking:



Fry garlic with 1 tbsp oil add in red bean curd juice ( 南乳汁 ) and stock, let it boiled a while then put in spare ribs and the rest of the ingredients. Turn the heat down to low, let it simmer until the liquid dry out and the spare ribs are frying in its own fat and brown a little.
If you want to add a bit of sweetness to the dish, stir in some honey, stir well and serve.
