Braised Chicken Wings with Red Wine - 紅酒燴雞翼

Ingredients:

12 chicken wings
1 onion ( cut into pieces )
1 carrot (cut into big pieces )
1 cup red wine
1 tsp mince garlic
20g butter

Marinade:
1 tsp salt
Pinch of pepper

Seasoning:
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp sugar

Cooking:

Chop chicken wings into pieces, marinade with salt & pepper for 15 minutes.
Melt butter over low heat, stir-fry onion and garlic till fragrant, add carrots and chicken wings, stir-fry briefly, add wine, mix well. Add seasonings, stir well, cover and braise for 15 minutes till sauce thicken.
