材料:
芒果4一5個
西米200g
糖200g
細花奶1罐
椰奶1罐400g
做法:
西米用滚水煮5分鐘,關火焗15一20分鐘,至西米全部透
明,西米放入篩內,用凍水沖去膠質,隔去水份待用。
芒果去皮切細粒.1半同糖花奶和椰奶用攪伴機打爛.
别1半加入西米內伴勻待用.
把打爛之芒果椰汁加入西米和芒果肉粒內拌勻放入雪櫃冷凍後便成.
可適量加入鮮奶或芒果汁至稀稠適中。
如加入柚子肉便成楊枝金撈
