Honey Ginger Cake

Ingredients

Butter 4oz
Brown sugar 4oz
Honey 4tbsp
2 Eggs  lightly beat with a fork
Fresh Ginger, finely grated, 1 tbsp or 2 tbsp ( suit your taste).
8oz flour
Bicarbonate soda powder 1tsp

Methods

Grease a 10 inches long cake tin.
Use a non stick pot, put in butter, brown sugar and
Honey.
Use medium low heat, stir until the butter has melted.
Move away from heat, add egg, stir well combine.
Add flour, Bicarbonate soda and ginger, mix well.
Pour in the tin,
bake in a preheat oven of 180c / fan oven 170c for 35 minutes.
