生侷排骨

材料:
排骨1斤
蒜肉2粒(切片)
南乳汁2湯匙,
上湯1杯
蜜糖小許

調味料:
老抽1湯匙
生抽2湯匙
糖半湯匙
酒1湯匙

做法:
排骨調味料和蒜片醃1小時,
把上湯煮滾加入排骨,用中小火煮至排骨熟透,汁收乾,
用排骨煮出的油把排骨煎至微焦,加小許蜜糖拌勻。
