蒜蓉脆皮牛油雞翼

材料:
雞翼1斤
蒜蓉3粒(切碎)
牛油1湯匙

醃料:
生抽2湯匙
衚椒粉小許

做法:
雞翼1切開2
用醃料醃1小時
用油炸至金黃,撈起瀝乾油份
用牛油爆香蒜蓉,將雞翼放入炒勻,上碟。
