越南生牛肉粉湯底,Soup for beef pho

材料,

1個洋蔥,切半
薑lO片
4粒八角
2枝肉桂
1/2茶匙茴香種子
2公斤牛骨
2條西芹
1/2條白蘿蔔
2一3粒丁香
1茶匙黑胡椒粒
2湯匙魚露
1一2湯匙椰糖
1湯匙芫荽子
1個草果
2一3片香葉
6公升水

做法:

洋蔥和薑用白鑊炒至微焦,加入全部材料,
煲2一3小時。

    1 tablespoon coriander seeds
    1 grass fruit
    2 to 3 bay leaves
    6 liters of water

    Method:

    Fry the onion and ginger in a heated wok until slightly charred, add all the ingredients,
