- 2 x bottled beer (corona)
- 2 x onions
- 2 x carrots
- 4 x tomatoes
- 2 x clove of garlic
- 3 x rosemary string
- 1 x pack of bacon
Season with salt and pepper
Cover with foil and put in the oven at 140 degrees ( fan oven) for 3 and a half hours.
Take off the cover and turn oven to 220 degrees for 30 mins.
Take pork shoulder out, cover with foil loosely and rest for 10mins
Cut and serve with the vegetables
