Roast Chicken with stuff rice, 燒鸡焗飯

ingredient:

2 Bamboo stick
one medium chicken ( inside bone removed )
Marinate with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic granules, put 1 or 2 bay leaves inside the chicken.
marinate it for about 2 to 3 hours, or you can put it in the freezer, defrost the chicken in the fridge 24 hours before use.

Stuffing :
cooked rice,
onion
green/red pepper
olive oil ( for fried rice )
paprika
salt and white pepper


Method:

Fried onion, pepper with olive oil add  a little paprika then rice,
stir-fried it until hot add salt and white pepper.

secure the top of the chicken with bamboo stick then put the fried rice inside the chicken until it back to the shape of a chicken, close it with a bamboo stick.

fill some water in a baking tray put the chicken on a wire, 200-degree bake for about 45 minutes.
Can put some vegetable on the tray and replace the water with chicken stock.
